Cancellations & Returns

All Sales Are Final

Every purchase made through J The Jeweler — including ready-to-ship pieces and custom orders — is final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we make. If something arrives damaged or isn't as described, reach out to us directly and we'll work with you to make it right.

Custom Design Pieces

Custom pieces go through a hands-on design and production process built specifically around your selections, which is why the policy below applies in addition to our standard final-sale terms.

You must pay a $500 deposit to inquire about a custom piece.

You will be provided with consultation, a quote and 3D rendering for your custom design piece.

The deposit is Non-Refundable if we have started production on the custom piece. Custom Pieces are Final Sale.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match what was confirmed during your consultation, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll review every case individually.
