Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us withing 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and work with you to ensure an appropriate resolution.
