Can I design my piece with AI?
Yes. Choose Design with AI, describe your idea in the prompt box and open the studio. Enter your contact details there, generate and refine a concept, then complete its quote request. You do not need to fill out a second website form.
Do I need a finished design?
No. A sketch, a reference or a description can start your brief. Tell J what you like and what you would change.
Is my reference a production rendering?
A reference communicates a direction. An approved production rendering defines the actual design, dimensions, materials and setting details. Your brief does not authorize production.
Which stones and metals should I choose?
You can express a preference for natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, sterling silver or solid gold. These are different materials. J must confirm availability, suitability and pricing for your project. “Not sure yet” is always an option.
When do I pay, and how long does it take?
Confirm the quote and written terms directly with J before paying. Ask when a deposit is required, how it applies to the final price, when it becomes non-refundable, how revisions work and what delivery estimate applies.
What happens after I complete the brief?
Complete the quote request in the AI studio, or select Send my design inquiry in the written form. Your contact details and design inquiry are saved for J to review and follow up.
