Chains

Use a flexible tape or a cord to preview where you want the necklace to sit, then measure the length. Compare with the selectable length. Consider the width, pendant size and how you plan to layer it.

Bracelets

Measure your wrist at the intended wearing position without pulling tight. Tell J your wrist measurement and preferred fit; link shape and width affect how a bracelet feels. Do not assume the listed length equals your wrist size.

Rings

Use a jeweler’s ring sizer for a reliable measurement. Wider bands may fit differently. If the product has no size selector, confirm the available size with J before purchase.

Care for the materials

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Store pieces separately to reduce rubbing and scratching. Keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals and remove it before swimming, exercising or using cleaning products.

Until the metal, finish and any stone treatments are confirmed, avoid abrasive polish, chemical dips, steam and ultrasonic cleaning. Ask J for care instructions specific to your piece.
